Thank you for your interest in our mattresses. Rest assured there is no harm in using a heating pad or electric blanket on our mattresses as long as the temperature does not exceed 125 degrees. Long exposure to higher temperatures may wear down the life of the memory foam and void the warranty. But a managed temperature is just fine.
