Some of our adjustable bases have a feature (child lock) where the remote is disabled. This prevents the keys or buttons on the remote from working or responding. This article will help you identify your remote and the instructions to enable or disable the child lock feature.
Lucid L600
To enable and disable the child lock, press and hold the button with the lock symbol on it for a full 10 seconds.
Lucid Advanced and Lucid Premium
To engage the child lock, press and hold the lock button until the light blinks red and remains red.
To disengage the child lock, press and hold the lock button for a full 10 seconds.
